Horst Lehner ("horstl")
Favorite LEGO toys/themes: 3T: Town, Trains, Technic
My fascination with LEGO began... when my parents gave LEGO (basic bricks and trains) to me in the early 70s.
I once built... the house of my dreams, with tiny furniture in it (sorry, no pics).
Someday I will build... a Technic four wheel drive with electric motor and lockable differential gear. ... and a basement full of town, monorail, and trains (but first, the basement has to be finished ...).
LEGO is great because... it gives you freedom to realize your dreams, with much less money than in the real world.
LEGO fans are great because... they share on the net, and come together for creative fun.
My favorite Non-LEGO Toys: Computers
My favorite Hobbies & Interests: Biking, Skiing, Windsurfing, Travelling
My favorite Foods: French
My favorite Movies & TV: Fellini, Visconti, ...
My favorite Artists: Impressionists
My favorite Music: ranging from Mozart to Phil Collins
My favorite Pets & Animals: -
Words which best describe me: geek
I love it when... people come together, for any kind of activity.
I hate it when... people have a hidden agenda.
I can't seem to get enough... space for all the LEGO and computer stuff around me.
I always seem to have enough... work.
I hope I always... stay healthy.
I wish I could... be more sensitive in certain situations.
I could never... have fixed working hours.
I hope I never... lose what is left of my freedom.
I wish I hadn't... [censored]
In my craziest moments... I wonder what it takes to emigrate.
Believe it or not... besides LEGO and my computer, I'm usually a very rational person.
If I were super-human... I would end all wars, and have people do really useful things instead of producing weapons and killing each other with them.
More & Less: - more peace, less hate
- more renewable energy, less burning of coal & oil
- more LEGO, less crappy toys
Rules I try to live by: - The only thing really limited in your life is time
- I find it nice of them to pay me for my hobby (well, almost ...)
- Make sure there is something left for generations to come
