Favorite LEGO toys/themes: Without a doubt, TOWN! Classic sets from the 1970s, 80s, and 90s are my favorite, and I'm also fond of trains since this theme coincides nicely with my city layout! I am now complete in all of the following "mini-figure scale" themes (meaning I have all sets for that category): town (except a few promotional sets), 9 volt train, and boats.

My fascination with LEGO began... in 1978, when I was four years old. I wanted a town that looked like the one on 'Mr. Roger's Neighborhood' (children's tv show), but since that wasn't available for purchase, my parents opted to buy me LEGO town kits instead. Thus commenced my fascination and love of the greatest toy in the world! The rest is history!

I once built... a football stadium that is still a part of my collection today.

Someday I will build... several additions and extensions to my custom-made freeway and downtown skyline.

LEGO is great because... it's the most creative, fun, and imaginative toy ever invented!

LEGO fans are great because... they understand all-too-well my desire to spend my entire budget on Lego sets! I may (happily) go broke buying this toy, but at least there are a plethora of other people who experience the same fate!

My favorite Non-LEGO Toys: Nintendo Wii and Playstation 3

My favorite Hobbies & Interests: What else is there besides Lego (and video games)?

My favorite Foods: Spaghetti and any kind of chinese cuisine!

My favorite Movies & TV: The Star Wars Trilogy & Cheers

My favorite Artists: I like a variety and don't have a specific favorite.

My favorite Music: Pop, Rock, Contemporary

My favorite Pets & Animals: One cat, Spenser, who is the best companion anyone could ask for!

Words which best describe me: Easy-going yet very conscientious

I love it when... I first experience the magical feeling of opening a new Lego set!

I hate it when... I have no additional funds to put towards Lego.

I can't seem to get enough... leisure time to concentrate on all things Lego!

I always seem to have enough... bills and work to do!

I hope I always... retain my sense of humor and optimistic disposition.

I wish I could... convert all Non-Lego users away from the "dark side" so they too can see what they've been missing and simultaneously experience the utter joy that the toy offers.

I could never... and I mean NEVER sell any of the Lego sets that make up my collection, no matter how much money I could obtain for them.

I hope I never... run out of room to house my Lego collection, although that point is fast approaching!

I wish I hadn't... eaten leftovers last night. I'm paying for it now...

In my craziest moments... I've called in "sick" to work and taken the time to build and play with Lego!

Believe it or not... I never take vacations because I'd prefer to use the money that I'd spend traveling on Lego instead.

If I were super-human... I'd change the Lego Company's current marketing strategies and tell it to stop producing toys that mirror the latest fad and instead return to producing basic sets (with a multitude of bricks)!

More & Less:
  • more Classic lego town sets, less sets that are very un-Lego like & fad driven
  • more Saturdays, less Mondays
  • more Honesty and understanding, less hostility and hatred

Rules I try to live by:
  1. Have fun! You only live once, so you might as well enjoy yourself!
  2. Don't take everything so seriously. Ask yourself, "Will it really matter in the long run?"
  3. Be positive and optimistic, and avoid negative-thinking people at all costs.
