Jeremy Dailey
("toast")

Favorite LEGO toys/themes: Town, Trains, Divers, Classic Space, Space Port, and Town- like Promo Sets. I do have a good-sized Wild West collection, though.

My fascination with LEGO began... with one of the very early DUPLO sets, circa 1978. I have scant memories of owning the Alpha-I Rocket Base around 1981, but it was 1983 when it really began with the tri-pack of #6623, #6624, and #6611.

I once built... a mini-set of bleachers for my sparse soccer stadium, and a set of stairs to de-plane the jet passengers at the airport. :) Currently, I'm working on some other town housing, and other core services.

Someday I will build... 1) de-juniorization of my Town Jr. sets 2) more modern mail truck 3) some police cars 4) additional Metroliner coach or two 5) an additional monorail vehicle 6) an auto dealership 7) additional cottages/townhouses 8) offices for the construction and train crews 9) service trucks 10) airport service vehicles 11) a metro park (statue/gardens) 12) supermarket/food store 13) windmill bed & breakfast ...and probably more as I get to it.

My favorite Hobbies & Interests: rollerblading, hockey (college & pro), volleyball, travelling

My favorite Movies & TV: Monty Python, televised sports, some HGTV

My favorite Music: Pink Floyd, Rush, a wide variety

My favorite Pets & Animals: dogs and cats

Words which best describe me: eclectic

Additional comments:

I think my son is taking after me -- he's looking for old Rock Raiders sets. There's a certain delight of the older vintage LEGO versus some of the newer, modern sets.
