	Poor Form Model is unattractive, unexciting, or awkward. Model does not appear to be the product of a professional designer. Product line would be better if this model had never been part of it. Only a collector would seek this model.
	Good Form Model is decent, common, but not spectacular. Model brings joy but would not be particularly missed if wiped from existence. Model asks to be improved but is not embarassing to own.
	Great Form Model is elegant, unusually well designed. Model brings much joy and would be missed if eliminated from existence. With some minor additions or subtractions, this model could gain an Awesome rating.
	Awesome Form Model is in a class of its own -- a rare gem of amazing integrity, beauty, perfection, and uniqueness. Model is among the best of the best -- an absolute must-have for anyone. Model is able to represent the theme in competitions against other themes. Model is fundamentally different on several levels from other models in its class. Model rewrites the book on creativity with pieces. Life would not be the same without this model.
